Geographical Indications Tag to Black figs from Turkey

Turkey's Black figs, grown in Bursa province received Geographical Indications Tag ,confirmed by the Bursa Metropolitan Municipality on 4th Feb 2018. 

 Germany is the top consumer of the "BlackBursa", importing almost 6,000 tons.

 These figs are sweet in taste and deep blue purple color on outer side and inside it is pink in color.
